Green coffee bean extract has been said to have several possible benefits including: support of weight loss, energy, focus, mood, cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of blood clots, gout and constipation, and may help in he treatment of dementia, Parkinson's disease, headaches, depression, and cirrhosis of the liver. Green coffee bean extract contains high levels of polyphenol antioxidants and at least 60% chlorogenic acid.
Note: Only 1/16 of a teaspoon should be consumed per day. Overconsumption of caffeine has been known to cause extreme nausea.
